Good evening,
You will need an advanced scan tool to access the security section of the ECM. You will need to see if the Skim code is correct. You may have to contact the dealer to verify and then compare.
I attached a flow chart for you to follow.

Very well appreciated, I've fought this problem for weeks, I put in a new switch and key, ECM or whichever control box is behind the headlight that matches the key and switch, doors locked and unlock by the remote key? I want to find the problem, and sell it at this point. Thanks. Hope you have better luck with figuring it out than me.
