These are the codes, but even when deleted while car is still off I still get this code that is by itself

Hello,
Here are the codes and what they mean.
P243200 — Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow/Pressure Bank 1 Sensor Circuit Low
P243100 — Secondary Air Injection System Air Flow/Pressure Bank 1 Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P007000 — Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit
P034000 — Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit
U042300 — Invalid Data Received From Instrument Panel Cluster
After clearing everything with the engine still OFF, P243200 immediately returns by itself.
So I would concentrate on the secondary-air pressure sensor, then connector, then wiring. Also check the 5-volt reference/ground to the ECM. Chances are you have a bad secondary air pump. Let me know
