Secondary air flow installed, and the code returned

I put a new secondary air flow in i reset the code and it comes back again. What do i do now? What else is it? Please help

Hello,

Keep in mind that the code can get triggered due to any number of components including the actual part as well as wiring issue.
Can you tell me exactly what code you are getting?
This will allow me to look into the diagnostics for the issue.
