passenger side seatbelts won't latch?

Passenger front and rear passenger side seatbelts won't latch.

Yep, this means the latch is broken and you need another, I would check ebay for a used part, I have had good luck with them, there is an outside chance something is stuck in the latch so use a flashlight to help inspect the latch. Ken
