The front seat belt will not retract?

The seat belt front is not retracted. so, I opened and too many small pieces got loosen and I don't know how to put them back. Someone told me once to open you have to buy new. please explain.

Yep, there are correct, these units are non-serviceable and must be replaced when they malfunction, here are the instructions on how to do so. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
