I am planning to replace the timing chain. what is the best aftermarket sealant to use to seal the chain cover beside Toyotas?

I forgot to ask. how thick the bead should be?

It should be about 1/4 inch wide and 1/16 deep the best you can, make sure to seal along the inside of the bolts holes.
