Screen reads check A/C connection

My GPS/information screen reads "check A/C. connection." Now, it will not allow me to access the climate screen.

start with a scan for codes and get the A/C pressures check with a manifold A/C gauge set. with the readings we can start to diagnose this problem.

Went outside this morning A/C came on but now it is blowing lightly. What can be the problem?

You need to do the checks in the first post. if you cannot get a local A/C mechanic to inspect, some hands on diagnosis needs to be done first.
