I am facing a problem in my car, nobody could find the issue. The noise only comes when car is 100% warm and on very low speed around 10 - 20 km/h (Whistling/screeching noise like an unoiled metal rod turning in a pulley).

Is the noise engine speed related or road speed related? Is the noise there if you remove the serpentine belt when the engine is hot? If you try this remember that you will not have power steering so test in a safe place.

I read few places which are saying that it may be brakes or brake sensors if it is helpful.

If it is the brake sensor, it should turn a light on in the vehicle and change pitch when applying the brakes. This vehicle has an electric sensor, one rear and one front brake. When the sensor is touched, it should set the check brake pads light in the vehicle. However, nothing works perfectly.
