Screeching noise only during cold start up?

2013 TOYOTA TUNDRA
180,000 MILES • 5.7L • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

It only makes this noise during cold start up. If the engine is warm. No issues. I replaced the serpentine belt. Belt tensioner etc. here twice now. The engine will just crank and crank and then fire up.

Yep, that is the starter motor, you need a new one, thanks for the video it helps. Here is how to change the starter motor out to fix the problem. You will need to remove the alternator. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Yeah, that’s what I was thinking it was. Didn’t want it to be that since the dam starters on these are a pain to change. Appreciate the input.
