I have a 2004 Scion XB the air conditioning works good when i'm parked it gets cold but when i'm driving it goes from cold to not that cold and it keeps going back and forth for as long as my drive is but once i'm stopped like at a stop light it gets cold and stays that way as long as i'm stopped or parked i checked the freon level and it's full

Just to start with can you advise if the condenser fan is working with the A/C is on?

When i turn the A/C on the condenser fan turns on.

HI there,

I feel that you should get the system pressure checked with a suitable manifold gauge set, i am wondering if the TX valve is working correctly.
