I have the car listed above Convertible, the OBD port is getting power, however it will not link, or read scanner. Any ideas, any help would be appreciated! Thanks

What scanner are you using and does it work on other vehicles? If you have battery voltage on pin 16 and a ground on both pins 4 and 5 and the tool won't read I would try a different first. Visit a place that offers free scans and see if theirs will link. Does the vehicle start and run?
