I check the scanner on other vehicle and it is okay.

I already located the fault, it is fuse number 17. It was blown, it is 20 apmps. The scanner is working again!!!

Do you have a test light to check for power to the connector? Check pin 16 for power. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
