Installing software in my phone without obd scanner.

Can i use my phone to plug in to scan my throttle info and all stuff by installing software in my phone without obd scanner?

Hi,
They make scanners that basically are a blue tooth connector at the data link connector and then you use an app from the manufacturer to read codes via your phone. One example is made by a company called Blue Driver. I own one and just keep it in my vehicle in the event of an issue.
