2006 Saturn Vue Carrier Bearing Installation

What is the proceedure for removing the drive shaft to the rear axles in order to replace carrier bearing and u joint? How is the drive shaft removed from the transmission? Does the yoke slide out of the forward part of the shaft to replace the carrier?

Are you speaking about the support bearing between differential and U joint? I have problem at that point, don't know if I take in or try myself, have you corrected your problem?
