2005 Saturn Vue clicking noise on cold start

I had my oil changed last week. After about 3-4 days when I start the car it makes a clicking noise that increases with acceleration for a few minutes until the engine warms up. I have checked the oil level and it reads full. I have no warning lights. The car accelerates fine.

Sounds like they might not have used the correct weight of oil. this can cause problems like you describe. The owners manual will tell you what oil should be used
