My front passenger wheel is squealing something fierce. I don't believe it's the brakes b/c it is constant without applying the brake. It sounds like something is rubbing. It doesn't make the noise always, doesn't seem to be any rhyme nor reason as to when it does sound off. Usually when I start driving, the wheel is quiet. The further I go, I'm talking blocks, not miles, the more prevalent the sound becomes until it is really loud. After it had gotten going, it's worse when I turn left and non-existent when I turn right. Sometimes during a drive it will lessen or disappear altogether. Any clues?

I would check the brake's they will squeal if there worn out even if you don't step on the brake's.Also check to see if the the metal splash shield behind the rotor is rubbing.Let me know what you find.
