2004 Saturn Vue wet

We have been having tremendous rain and my car started running rough the following trouble codes came up:
P0606, P1599, P1516, P0568, P1682. I think it may be due to the computer getting wet, if so can drying it out restore it or does it need to be replaced?

Here's what i would check on the driver side there is that panel that cover's the sill plate as you come in remove that panel and under by the dash there is a large connector unplug it and see if it's all corroded up.
