2003 Saturn Vue Rear brake shoes

rear brake shoes replaced several weeks ago, new front hub assembly replaced a week later, since then rear brakes lock up on both sides after about 10 miles. What could be wrong?

When u changed the rear shoes did u turn the drums?u could have warped drums or ur rear shoes could be adjusted too tight.when u say ur rear brakes lock up do u mean they drag?or do u mean something else?let me know.
