2003 Saturn Vue hot brakes

Ok this is my problem i had my brakes,caliper.and driver side hub and cv half shaft changed on the left side and i now have vibration and now that side my caliper is over heating and hub im wondering if i should change my rotors.......Hope you can help....

Check that side if the caliper piston is retracting and also if the brake hose is collasped
