2003 Saturn Vue Brake Light on / Beeping while Driving

Recently, the brake light stays on when starting the vehicle BUT the car starts beeping after going over something like 5 miles-per-hour?!! Here's the kicker, the beeping stops when the car stops (red light, stop sign etc.)
Very annoying... oh, I brake fine, no changes in the way the vehicle drives, manuvers etc.

It sound's like to me that it thinks your ebrake is on because when it is on and you go over 5 mph it beep's to warn you it's on.I would check the ebake switch at the ebrake handle that's most likely the cause of your problem.
