2002 Saturn Vue 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 89,ooo miles

I have replaced my ECM and ICM several times, replaced O2 sensors a couple of times. My car has been displaying reduced power for the last week and I have to pull over and restart the car. Yesterday afternoon when I started my car; it began revving up and down during the idle process. I have unhooked the computer and tried restarting after that. Saturn has made a fortune off me for the same problems over the last 2 years. What could the issue be?

They are making a fortune off you because you are just throwing parts at a problem that should have been diagnosed properly in the first place.

You have a "drive by wire" system that uses 2 TPS sensors. When one of them fails and sets a code, it goes into a failsafe mode of half throttle. You need to have it diagnosed properly because the throttle actuator is an expensive part but probably necessary.
