2002 Saturn Vue key is locked in ignition and also will not

replaced engine. after repeated attempts to start engine, all of sudden the key locked in the lock position and will not come out or even turn to start engine.

First of all thank you very much for your donation.So the key still turn's?It's just stuck in the cylinder?You can turn it to the lock position and it won't come out?You can also turn it to the acc postion?
