I have oil on the #1 cylinder spark plug. I performed a compression test and the results were 200, 205, 220 and 225 psi. Isn't this too high? What would this mean?

Oil level is fine. Blue smoke when starting for the first time of the day. Runs rough for about 15 seconds and then seems fine.
