My odometer is stuck at 139000 miles. Reset button will not make it move. What can I do to fix this?

You would have to take the cluster apart and replace the broken gear which is about 30 or send in the cluster and have it repaired which is about 130 to repair.Really common for the gear's to fail they used oil based grease and it ate up the gear and it just fell apart. If you want information on where to send it to be repaired or where to get the gear or instruction's on how to remove the cluster or replace the gear.Let me know what information you would like.
