Heater problem
2001 Saturn Station Wagon 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Can you advise measurement for Saturn Heater core O rings. Have a fluid leak from the O rings but good old GM won't sell O ring kit. They want Core replacement for 500 dollars. All for 3 bucks worth of O rings. It is o rings for sure as I pulled the connections and put some Teflon tape over the rings. --Leak stopped. If I just knew ring size I could spend 5 bucks and have problem solved. Needless to say this is the last GM car for me.

I know the orings your talking about I don't know what size they are. But u could take one out and match it up at the auto parts store or get a oring assortment then match one up out of it. Just make sure the assortment has thicker orings in it like the orings for the heater core. Let me know how it goes.
