electric fan is not engaging, checked fuses and relay and are ok. Also checked fan motor and also worked with direct votage. Is there a sending unit that turns on the fan, that is in the engines coolant?

there is a coolant temp sensor screwed into the head below the lower radiator hose if ur going to change that then make sure u check the connector to make sure its not all corroded some of the sensor leaked into the connectors corroding them if it is change the connector too.let me know what u find.
