1992 Saturn Sport Coupe 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 200k miles

engine cuts out at 4000 rpm at Idle is that a saf-t feature so people wont revthem so high is it builtin the E.C.U unit. Iam a mechanic but this is a new one to me over

its normal so u dont over rev the engine they all do it.and yes its controled by the ecm.
