2001 Saturn SL2 code p0341

Engine Performance problem
2001 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I know this is not a camshaft sensor problem as this motor doesnt have one. What is the most likely repair for this code? I have heard everything from plugs and wires to check corrosion on or under the ignition module. What is the best place to start

Very common to see corrosion on the coil under the spark plug wires
tune should clean the problem
just make sure the coils firing all cylinders
