2000 Saturn SL2 white smoke coming from the exhaust

Hello we just bought our daughter a 2000 Saturn SL2 sedan and we noticed that the car has white smoke coming from the exhaust. Is this a easy problem to fix? we did not pay alot for the car and did not want to put a whole lot into it as well.

If you don't already know you have a blown head gasket and/or cylinder head crack.
