on the passenger side of intake manifold there is a vacumn hose that has come off. the intake has a open nipple that is sucking air it sits just inside of the number one fuel injector. the idle on my car is around 2000 rpm and check engine light is on. when i put my finger over the open nipple and plug it off the idle drops down to normal. i have searched for a hose that is off and can not find one. what is supposed to be hooked up to this so that my engine idle will operate normally. is it ok to just put a plug on it?
