I RAN OUT OF GAS AND KNOW IT HAS A FULL TANK AND WILL NOT START PUMP IS WORKING FINE AND GAS IS COMING OUT OF THE FUEL FILTER OK.

So it was running fine till you ran out of gas and now it crank's and won't start since you filled up the gas tank?Have you ever changed the fuel filter on the car they get changed ever 100,000 mile's and by that time there really restricted.Also you say the gas flow's thru the fuel filter that doesn't mean that you have enough pressure for the engine to start and run.I need to know what your fuel pressure is at the fuel rail.Also do you have spark?
