The plastic bushing the end of the shift cables broke off. I need some advice on how to fix it

If your talking about the outer cable at the base of the shifter then there's a repair kit for that.Go to ebay type in the search box saturn shifter cables it will come up.They have two styles a metal one and a plastic one they come with instructions.Let me know how it goes.
