The right side front sounds like there is a rubbing noise and the noise gets worse when the brakes are applied. It feels like it grabs. Will brakes make a noise while the car is running if they are bad for worn or is it a wheel barren.

sounds like the brake sensor is rubbing if its the front brakes ur talking about.checks the brakes and let me know what u find.
