1998 Saturn SL2 Intermitent Starting Problems

After driving for 20 minutes and letting car set for 60 minutes car will not start. Will crank engine, but not fire. I have replaced the Engine Control Module and Fuel Filter. No Check Engine Light activation.

When the engine cranks and won't start take off two spark plug wire's off the coil tower's that are right next next to each other. Then have someone crank the engine over while you watch for spark jumping from post to post. It sound's like a bad crank shaft sensor. Let me know what you find.
