Do you mean your ignition cylinder?If so whats wrong with it?The more details the better?

It is the cylinder. it had a crack in it. It has broke some of it out. trying to get the rest out to put a new on in

If you can turn it to the acc position you can just slide it out.You just have to remove the upper steering shroud turn the cylinder to the acc position and there is a button you push and the cylinder slide's out.

I have tried to do that but it will not slide out. It has been broke and not much left in the cylinder.

If you can't you get the ignition cylinder out you will have to replace the ignition cylinder and the housing.You will have to remove the steering wheel air bag coil and multifunction switch.
