1998 Saturn SL2 Car won't go into R, D, 3, or 2.

It had been acting "iffy" for a while. I thought I had it fixed by replacing the valve body. But when I took it for a spin it lost 3rd, so I pulled over and turned it off, frustrated, and when I started it again; nothing. So I got fed up with messing with it for 6+ months and took it to the dealer. Turned out something (i can't recall what the lady told me) wasn't?Pushing? Enough PSI or something like that and I had to get a new tranny. ):

I took it to the saturn dealer. They said that they could have just fixed the internal part. But taking it apart and putting it back together plus parts and labor was mroe expensive than just getting a new tranny altogether.
