P0708- The car SOMETIMES starts up, idles down and dies. If I throttle it up to 2000 rpm for 10 seconds, it idles down to about 400, but stays running. Other times, the car acts OKAY, but always seems like it is gonna idle down and die.

So my question is: Should I replace the transmission range sensor? Where is it located?
