Electrical problem
1998 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120k miles

I have a problem with my sl2 ,using an electronic timing light I am able to only show it firing on #2 & #3,#1do not show any sign of energy in #1 -#4 plug wires .

I have replaced the plugs, plug wires & valve cover gasket because there was oil build up around plugs, this made it run better but not good enough ,still no sign of fire at 1 & 4 ,I tested the coils and they both tested OK on secondary ,replaced coil on 1 &4 -no change .Before I spend any more money I want to know what to check next?
