Hi,
my 97 saturn speedometer is sticking , when I speed up or slow down, so I am not sure how fast I am driving. what do you think is the problem, also do these cars have speedo. cable.

You may want to check your VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor), located on the transmission differential. The speedometer relies on the input from the sensor to show speed in the cluster. And no, you don't have a speedo cable.
