My 1996 saturn SL2 turn signal switch does not work. I am not able to signal when I turn left or right MY hazard lights do not work either. My brake light on the drivers side works intermittently, what may the problem(s) be? How do I fix the problem(s)?

seeing as how the brake lights, turn signals and hazard lights all run through the turn signal switch itself, I would say the switch is needing replaced.

My horn does not work as well, could it need a new fuse?

fuses are always first place to check, if fuses are good check horn relay.
