Noises problem
1996 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

When I start my car the front passenger side headlight assembly vibrates so forcefully it makes a very loud noise. What would be causing this? I don't see any missing bolts or screws.

two things cause this the cheap no parts way to try to solve this problem is the headlight itself theres two bolts holding the headlight remove them then remove the headlight.now u will see where the head light slides in vertically into a channel to hold it into place.if u take a large flat bladed screwdriver and bend that channel slightly towards u then reinstall the headlight u will feel that the it is much more tight sliding it in.another reason they rattle is a collasped upper motor mount thats right by ur valve cover.and last but not least ur lower transmission mount also colaspes and causes vibrations but thats more noticable in gear with ur foot on the brakes.let me know how it goes and what u find.
