1995 Saturn SL2 high idle

Have u checked for codes?How about checking for vaccuum leaks?Also u could have a bad coolant temp sensor those are under 20 and can cause all kinds of symptoms high idles hard starts overheating. When the engine is cold u can remove the connector for the coolant temp sensor look at the connector see if its corroded it usually turns green when coolant leaks into it when the sensor cracks and lets coolant go into it. Also u could have a sticking or bad idle air control motor. Check all ur vaccuum hoses especially the one going from ur intake to ur pcv. Let me know what u find.
