1995 Saturn SL2 Front upper bumper cover removal

The front license plate on my saturn was recently knocked off. I'm operating under the assuption that I'm going to have to remove the front upper bumper cover to install a new plate holder. Does anyone here know how to actually remove it?

So the license plate bracket was knocked off?If that's the case then you don't have remove the bumper cover.It's held in place by plastic pop rivet's.Do you have a harbor freight tools store by you?Let me know so i can help you with your problem.
