1995 Saturn SL2 cooling fan

The cooling fan will only come on if the airconditioner is on. The fan will stay on untill the car engine is cooled down then shut off. The fan wont come on by its self untill the car is over-heating. Then the fan will come on. Im soory I dont have a donation becouse of the hard times right now but if I dont keep my car running I wont be able to even work. Any help you can give me will be greatly aprrciated

Inspect and test the radiator fan relay if okay could be coming from the computer itself or its not getting the correct input signal from the coolant temperature sensor or engine temperature gauge switch.
