1994 Saturn SL2 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

driver seat works good passnger seat belt stays up was making a clicking noise an then just stoped working. I check the fuse it is good.

does the door ajar light stay on with doors closed? ensure it's on track good. if so then motor has probably failed.
