You might want to remove or relieve the tension on the serp belt, then by hand spin the a/c alternator and idler and tensioner pulleys, bad bearings on these will make noise, if they check out ok, check the exhaust, paying attention to loose heat shield, and catalytic converter by banging on it and see if the inside "bed" broke up.
