Sound's like a vacuum leak i would check the short hose that goes from the intake manifold to the pcv for colasping or hole's.Also go to a auto part's store like auto zone and have them scan your car for code's.Write down the code number's and let me know what they are.Also your vibration is probably a torn or colasped upper engine mount so check that also.
