How can I replace an idler pulley. I have old one off, but can't get bolt back in new one

so the bolt wont fit into the idler pulley bearing?or u cant screw the bolt back into the front cover?

I have since been able to get bolt on, but now cannot replace with a new belt. Is there a way to do this easily?

Is the belt the same size?what are u having a problem with getting the on with?feeding it around all the pulleys?pulling the tensior back?

Thanks , but we have now gotten the belt on and car is good to go
