2000 Saturn SL1 car code repair

My car's service engine light came up with the code P0410b, "Air injector react management". The repair shop couldn't diagnose this code and didn't have any ideas what system it referred to. Can anyone help diagnose it?

Most likely the problem is a faulty secondary air injection pump. The car uses a electric air pump to send air into the exhasut when its cold for emissions and when the computer does not detect air injection it sets this code. Most likely the fuse iss blown because the air pump is seized from being full of water. Let me know how you make out
