if this is a factory fod you will need to get the relearn procedure from saturn parts dept.
if aftermarket then the procedure from the mfg

in the future use a memory saver when you change the batt, these are cheap and just plug into your lighter with a 9 volt batterry keeps all your mems

If it's factory key less entry on your obd2 connector where you get code's on the left bottom of your dash.Look at the top row of pin's from left to right pin's number 4 and 8 need to be jumped together then hold down the lock and unlock button's on the key fob for 30 second's when you hear a honk it's done.If you have more then one then you will have to program all of them at the same time or the others won't work. You just do one after the other till your done leave the jumper wire in till done.
